Take a shared taxi from Keserwan to Jounieh and ask the driver to drop you off at the Harissa area. From there, you can walk to the Divine Mercy Shrine (about 15-20 minutes uphill) or take another shared taxi. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off near the shrine. A shared “service” ride within Beirut costs around LL150,000.
