After centuries of exile, the Maronites settled in Bejjeh before expanding across Mount Lebanon. This history is reflected in the saying, « Bejjeh and Maad are the two thirds of the country ».

From Beirut, take a bus or shared taxi heading north towards Byblos. Get off in Koura and transfer to a local shared taxi or minibus to Bejjeh. The fare from Koura to Bejjeh is approximately 2,000 to 3,000 LBP. Ask the driver to drop you off near the main road leading to La Residencia. From there, follow the road to the location.

Taxis are readily available in Beirut and can take you directly to La Residencia in Bejjeh. A taxi ride from Beirut to Bejjeh will cost approximately $38-$50, depending on the provider and car type. Ensure the driver knows the location or use GPS.
Driving
From Beirut, head north on the coastal highway towards Byblos. Continue past Byblos to the Batroun area, then follow signs for Bejjeh. The drive is approximately 54 kilometers. Once in Bejjeh, follow local signs or use GPS to reach La Residencia. Note that roads can be narrow and winding in the village.
