Car
If you are driving from the center of Jbeil (Byblos), head east on the main road (Lebanon Route 51) towards the town of Hsarat. Continue for about 10 minutes until you reach the village of Hsarat. Look for signs pointing towards hiking areas, as Chwar El Chir is located in the surrounding nature. Parking is available near the trailhead, but be cautious of parking regulations.
Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Jbeil, you can take a shared taxi (service) towards Hsarat. The fare is typically around 2,000 to 3,000 LBP per person. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Hsarat. After arriving in Hsarat, ask locals for directions to the Chwar El Chir hiking area, which is within walking distance from the main road.
Walking
Once you reach Hsarat, you may need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers towards the hiking trail. Look for local signs or ask residents for help. The trailhead is marked, and you can expect a scenic walk that leads directly to the hiking area.
