From the center of Jounieh, head towards the Jounieh Souks area. Walk along the main coastal road (Ain El Mraiseh Street) until you reach the Jounieh Fishing Harbor. Once there, look for the Jounieh cable car station. Take the cable car up to Harissa, where the beautiful views of Jounieh can be enjoyed. After visiting the Our Lady of Lebanon statue, return via the cable car to Jounieh. From the cable car station, walk towards the main road and catch a local bus or shared taxi (servis) heading to Beirut. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes. Once in Beirut, ask to be dropped off at Martyrs' Square, which is a short walking distance from the Al-Abed Clock Tower located in Parliament Square.

From any point in Jounieh, find a local bus heading towards Beirut. The buses usually leave from the main road near the Jounieh Souks. Make sure to indicate to the driver that you want to go to Beirut. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Beirut, get off at the Martyrs' Square bus stop. From there, you can easily walk to the Al-Abed Clock Tower, which is located in Parliament Square. Simply walk towards the square, and you'll see the clock tower prominently displayed.
