Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, take the main road from Beirut towards Chouf. From Beirut, follow the signs to the 'Chouf' region. The main route is the Beirut-Damour highway (also known as the coastal road). Once you reach Damour, turn left onto the road leading to Beiteddine. Continue on this road for approximately 30 minutes, passing through scenic countryside and small villages. As you approach Beiteddine, follow the signs to the palace. There is parking available near the palace entrance.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a shared taxi (service) from Beirut to Beiteddine. Head to the Cola intersection in Beirut where you will find taxis heading to the Chouf region. Make sure to ask for a ride to Beiteddine specifically. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic and costs around 10,000 to 15,000 LBP (Lebanese pounds). Once you arrive in Beiteddine, the palace is within walking distance from the taxi drop-off point. Follow the directional signs to the entrance of the palace.

• Combination of Car and Walking

  If you have rented a car but prefer to avoid driving into the heart of Beiteddine, you can park at a nearby location and walk to the palace. Look for parking areas near the village center in Beiteddine. After parking, it's a short 10-minute walk to the palace entrance. Follow the main road and look for signs directing you to Beiteddine Palace. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and you'll enjoy the beautiful views along the way.
