Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Rashaya, head towards the main square (ساحة راشيا). Once you reach the square, look for directional signs pointing towards the hiking areas. Walk along the main road, following the signs for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the outskirts of Rashaya. You will see local shops and cafes along the way. Continue walking straight until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left path which leads towards the mountainous area. After about 300 meters, you will find a trailhead on your right with a sign indicating الفحط. Follow this trail for about 15-20 minutes, and you will arrive at الفحط.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  Start at the main bus station in Rashaya, located near the town center. Look for a local bus heading towards the nearby villages, as they often pass by الفحط. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at الفحط. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the designated stop, disembark and follow the pedestrian path leading to الفحط. It will be a short walk of around 5 minutes from the bus stop.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start at the central square of Rashaya. Head towards the main road and cycle for about 1 kilometer, where you will find the signs for hiking paths. At the fork in the road, take the left path that leads into the hills. Continue cycling for approximately 2 kilometers, where you will come across the trailhead for الفحط. Park your bicycle at the designated area and proceed on foot along the marked trail for about 15 minutes to reach الفحط.
