To reach Park Joseph Tohme Skaff via public transportation, take a bus from any major town in Bekaa heading towards Zahlé. Buses frequently run from places like Baalbek and Anjar to Zahlé. The bus fare typically ranges from 2,000 to 5,000 LBP, depending on your departure point. Upon arriving at the Zahlé bus station, you can walk to the park (about 15-20 minutes) or take a local taxi. In June 2024, Zahlé introduced hybrid electric buses for public transportation. Bus fares are LL70,000 per ride, and day tickets are available for LL150,000. These buses have planned routes, including from the Zahle roundabout to Bardawni, and from Ksara roundabout to Hamra Plaza in Karak Nouh.
