Getting There

Walking
If you are in Zahle, start by heading towards the main road, known as the 'Zahle Highway' (also referred to as the 'Beirut-Damascus Road'). From the center of Zahle, walk towards the south-east direction. You will need to pass the Zahle Grand Mosque and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit towards 'Beit ed-Dine'. Follow the signs indicating 'Beit ed-Dine'. After about a 15 to 20-minute walk, you will arrive at Beit ed-Dine. The palace is located on a slight elevation, so expect a short climb towards the entrance.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the center of Zahle, locate the bus station which is near the Zahle Souk. Look for a bus heading towards 'Beit ed-Dine' or 'Deir el Qamar'. The fare is usually very affordable. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to Beit ed-Dine, and they will drop you off at a nearby stop. After getting off, you may have a short walk to the palace entrance.
