Follow the signs toward Beirut for about 40 kilometers. As you approach Beirut, continue following the signs for Al Raouche Rocks (Pigeon Rocks). The landmark will be visible as you near the Corniche area. Look for parking near the Corniche, as there are public parking lots available. Expect to pay a small fee for parking.
