From Afriski Mountain Resort, start by heading east on the main road. Continue for about 20 kilometers until you reach the junction at the village of Lejone. At the junction, take a left turn towards Lejone. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signs for Lepaqoa Waterfall. There will be a dirt road leading to the waterfall. Note that the final stretch may require a 4x4 vehicle as it can be rough and uneven.

If you prefer public transport, take a taxi or shared minibus from Afriski Mountain Resort to the nearest village, which is Lejone. The taxi ride will cost around 50 Maloti. Once in Lejone, you may need to arrange for a local taxi to take you to Lepaqoa Waterfall as public transport options may be limited. The local taxi should charge around 100 Maloti for the trip to the waterfall.
