Car
From Afriski Mountain Resort, head southeast on the main access road towards the town of Mokhotlong. Continue for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Nyane. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for about 15 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Maletsunyane Falls. The last stretch will involve a gravel road; ensure your vehicle is suitable for this terrain. Once you arrive at the falls viewpoint, there is no entrance fee, but parking may be limited.

Public Transportation
From Afriski Mountain Resort, you will need to arrange a taxi or shuttle service to Mokhotlong. This is about a 20-minute drive. Once in Mokhotlong, find local transport (such as a shared taxi) heading towards Nyane. Inform the driver that your destination is Maletsunyane Falls. The shared taxi cost is about 30 Maloti (LSL) per person. Be prepared for a ride of approximately 30 minutes, and keep an eye out for the signs indicating that you're approaching the falls. After reaching the nearest drop-off point, you may need to walk the remaining distance to the viewpoint, which is about a 10-minute hike.
