For those already within Afriski Mountain Resort, Afriski Backpackers is accessible by foot. Simply exit the main lodge area and follow the path leading towards the ski slopes. The backpackers is situated close to the slopes, and you will see signs along the way guiding you to your destination.

If you are using public transportation to reach Afriski Mountain Resort, you may need to first get to the nearest town, such as Mokhotlong. From Mokhotlong, you can arrange for a local taxi or shuttle service to take you to Afriski Mountain Resort. The cost for the taxi may vary, but expect to pay around 200 to 300 Maloti (LSL). Once you arrive at Afriski Mountain Resort, you can follow the walking directions provided above to reach Afriski Backpackers.
