From Moshoeshoe I International Airport or Maseru city center, the most convenient way to reach Thaba Bosiu Cultural Village is by taxi. A taxi from the airport will cost approximately 200-300 Maloti and take around 30 minutes. From Maseru city center, expect to pay around 150-250 Maloti for the trip. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey. Alternatively, arrange a transfer with your accommodation.

Minibus taxis are a more affordable option, though less direct. From Maseru Bridge border post or the city center, take a minibus taxi heading towards Thaba Bosiu. The fare is around 15-20 Maloti. Note that these taxis may not drop you directly at the village entrance, requiring a short walk. Ask the driver to indicate the correct stop. Minibus taxis can be crowded and may not be suitable for travelers with luggage.

Driving
If driving from Maseru, follow the Main South One Road. After 4km, turn right towards Roma at the Masianokeng Caltex filling station. Proceed for 10km until you reach the sign for Thaba Bosiu at Makhalanyane village. Turn left onto Thaba Bosiu Road and continue for 10km. The Cultural Village will be on your left. Parking is available at the site. Expect to pay a small parking fee of around 10 Maloti.
