Car
From Berea, head southeast on the A1 road. Continue on A1 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction for the M4 road. Turn left onto M4 and follow it for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Ha Kome Caves. Turn left onto the unnamed road (QV48+6Q3) and continue for about 5 kilometers. The caves will be on your right side. Parking is available near the entrance.

From Berea, take a taxi or minibus to Maseru. Once in Maseru, look for a taxi or minibus heading to Teyateyaneng (Teya-Teyaneng). Inform the driver that you want to get off at the turnoff for Ha Kome Caves. After disembarking, you will need to walk approximately 5 kilometers along the unnamed road (QV48+6Q3) to reach the caves. Be cautious while walking as the road may not have a dedicated pedestrian path.
