Car
From the center of Thaba-Tseka, head southeast on the main road, Route A1. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for FRQ2+24V. Follow this road for another 5 kilometers, and you will find Timothy the Tree on your left. Make sure to keep an eye out for local signage indicating the tree, as it can be easy to miss.
Public Transportation
Take a taxi or minibus from Thaba-Tseka towards the nearby villages. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest point to FRQ2+24V. The fare is typically around 15-20 Maloti. From the drop-off point, it’s about a 1-kilometer walk to Timothy the Tree, so ensure you have appropriate footwear for easy hiking.
