From the center of Mokema, head towards the main road. Walk until you see a small path leading off the main road, which will guide you to the cave entrance. The cave is located at GM2H+5Q, Mokema.

From Butha-Buthe, find a local taxi or shared minibus taxi (known as 'kombis') heading towards Mokema. Inform the driver that you are going to Mokema. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Underground Cave, or at the nearest landmark, such as the sign for Mokema. From there, you may need to walk approximately 500 meters to reach the cave entrance. Public transport costs vary but a short trip should be around 10-20 Lesotho Loti.
