From the center of Thaba-Tseka, head southwest on Main Street towards the Semonkong Road (also known as the A1 Road). Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto the Semonkong Road. Follow this road for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the village of Semonkong. Upon entering Semonkong, look for signs directing you to Maletsunyane Falls. The falls are approximately 5 kilometers from the village center.
