From the center of Kakata, head towards the main road (Kakata-Liberia Highway). Walk east until you reach the junction with the road leading to Lawe. You will pass by local shops and markets, which is a great opportunity to experience local culture. Once at the junction, take the road leading to Lawe. Continue walking for about 4 kilometers, enjoying the scenery along the way. Keep an eye out for any signage that may guide you towards Kpatawee Waterfall.
Motorbike Taxi
From central Kakata, locate a motorbike taxi (commonly known as 'Okada'). Tell the driver you want to go to Kpatawee Waterfall in Lawe. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you along the Kakata-Liberia Highway and then onto the road leading to Lawe.
