  • Car

    From Monrovia, take the Robertsfield Highway southeast towards Kakata. Continue to Kakata, then head towards Grand Bassa County. After about 50 kilometers, you'll reach Buchanan. Follow signs to Kpatawee Waterfall, with the final 20 kilometers on a dirt road. A vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. Entrance fee to the waterfalls is $5 USD per person.

  • Public Transport

    From Monrovia, take a shared taxi or 'keke' (motorcycle taxi) to Kakata for around 200 LRD. From Kakata, find a shared taxi to Buchanan for about 500 LRD. In Buchanan, hire a local taxi or motorbike for the final 20 kilometers on a dirt road to Kpatawee Waterfall; negotiate the fare with the driver. Entrance fee to the waterfalls is $5 USD per person.
