From Maienfeld train station, take the Heidi Bus (PostBus) which operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from May to October. The bus ride to Heididorf takes only a few minutes. Alternatively, you can walk from the train station via the Heidiweg Trail, a scenic route through the town and vineyards, which takes approximately 40 minutes. A single bus fare costs CHF 1-3.

From the center of Maienfeld, follow the brown 'Heididorf' signs. The walk to Heididorf is a gently rising road lined with vineyards. From the car park it is about a 5-minute walk to Heididorf.
Car
From the A13 motorway, take exit 13 'Maienfeld' and follow the brown 'Heididorf' signs. These signs will lead you to the center of Maienfeld, and then to the Heididorf car park located directly in front of the Hotel Restaurant Heidihof. Parking is free. From the car park, it is about a 5-minute walk to Heididorf.
