Public Transport
From the Klosters train station (Klosters Platz or Klosters Dorf), the village center is easily accessible by the local bus network. Several bus routes connect the train stations with various points in Klosters-Serneus. The local bus service is free for holders of a Davos Klosters guest card. Otherwise, regular public transport tickets can be purchased at SBB Shop, via the SBB Mobile app, or at ticket machines. A single, short-distance fare typically costs around CHF 2-3.
Taxi
Taxis are available at both Klosters Platz and Klosters Dorf train stations. A taxi ride from either station to a location within Klosters-Serneus typically costs between CHF 15-30, depending on the distance. Taxi Fly and Gotschna-Taxi are two local taxi services. Be aware that taxi fares in Davos and Klosters start at CHF 6.00, with an additional CHF 5.00 per kilometer.
Walking
Many locations within Klosters-Serneus are within walking distance of each other. From Klosters Platz train station, the Gotschna cable car station is about a 15-20 minute walk. From Klosters Dorf to Klosters Platz is about a 2km walk, roughly 25 minutes. Walking is a great way to explore the village and enjoy the scenery.
Car
If arriving by car, Klosters-Serneus is accessible via Highway 28 from Landquart. Parking is available in Klosters, with various parking lots and garages. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around CHF 2.00 per hour. Be aware that a general night-time parking ban is in effect during the winter months (November 1st to April 30th from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m.). A toll sticker (CHF 40) is required to drive on the motorway in Switzerland.
