Walking
From the center of Mauren, head east on Hauptstrasse (Main Street) towards the hills. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the hiking trail entrance on your right. Follow the sign for the Alps, which should lead you onto the marked trail. The path will take you up into the mountains, offering beautiful views along the way. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the base of the Alps.

Public Transport
Starting from the Mauren bus stop, take bus number 11 towards Balzers. The bus will take you directly to the 'Balzers, Schloss' stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs for the hiking trails. You will find the trailhead for the Alps about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. It is well-marked, and you can follow the signs to guide you up into the mountains.
