If arriving by car, parking is available at the Rheindamstadion and Marktplatz. From Rheindamstadion, it's a short walk into the city center and to the sculpture. Parking at Rheindamstadion is free on weekends; during the week, the first hour is free, and subsequent hours cost CHF 0.50. Marktplatz offers parking for CHF 1.50 per hour.
