From Maienfeld train station, take the Heidi Bus (PostAuto route 14) towards Heididorf. The bus operates three times a day on Saturdays and Sundays from May to October. The journey to Heididorf takes approximately 6 minutes. A single fare costs CHF 1-3.

From Maienfeld train station, follow the Heidiweg (Heidi Trail). The trail is well-marked with red 'Heidiweg' signs. The walk to Heididorf is approximately 2.4 km and takes around 35-40 minutes. The route passes through the historic town of Maienfeld and vineyards.

From the A13 motorway, take exit 13 (Maienfeld) and follow the brown 'Heididorf' signs. The Heididorf car park is located near Hotel Restaurant Heidihof. Parking is free. The navigation address for the Heididorf visitor car park is Bovelweg 16, 7304 Maienfeld. From the car park, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the entrance of Heididorf.
