From Dzūkija, take the A16 road towards Vilnius. Follow the A16 for approximately 80 kilometers until you reach Vilnius. Once in Vilnius, continue onto the Maironio street, then turn right onto Vokiečių street. The Vilnius Museum of Illusions will be on your left at Vokiečių g. 8. Parking is available nearby, but it may incur a fee.

If you prefer public transport, start by taking a bus or train from Dzūkija to Vilnius. The bus station in Dzūkija will have schedules for buses heading to Vilnius. Once you arrive at the Vilnius Bus Station, transfer to the trolleybus or tram system. Take trolleybus number 1 or tram number 2 towards 'Gariūnai'. Get off at the 'Vokiečių' stop. The museum is a short walk from the stop, located at Vokiečių g. 8.
