If you are starting from Jonava bus station, exit the station and head southeast on J. Basanavičiaus g. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. As you approach the city center, keep an eye out for the large church on your left. The museum will be located on the left side of the street at number 3. It is a two-story building with a sign indicating 'Jonava Regionas Museum & Tourist info center'.

From Jonava bus station, take bus number 1 or 2 in the direction of the city center. Get off at the 'Centras' stop, which is the main square. From there, walk south along J. Basanavičiaus g. for about 300 meters. The museum will be on your right, just before you reach the large church. Look for the entrance on the ground floor.
