If you are starting at the Kaunas Central Railway Station, exit the station and head southwest on Maironio g. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Vytauto pr. Turn left onto Vytauto pr. and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Vilniaus g. Kauno senamiestis will be on your right after about 5 minutes of walking.
