Walking
Start from the center of Utena, specifically from the Utena Town Hall located at J. Basanavičiaus g. 1. Head south on J. Basanavičiaus g. for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Pušynėlio g. Turn left onto Pušynėlio g. and continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer. Smėlynės Parkas will be on your right at Pušynėlio g. 1. Look for the park entrance, which is easy to spot due to the lush greenery.
Public Transport
From the Utena Bus Station, take bus number 2 heading towards 'Utenos Pramonė.' Get off at the 'Pušynėlio g.' stop. After disembarking, walk approximately 200 meters back along Pušynėlio g. towards the intersection with J. Basanavičiaus g. Smėlynės Parkas will be on your left at Pušynėlio g. 1. The park entrance is clearly marked.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from Utena's central square. Follow J. Basanavičiaus g. south for 300 meters, then turn left onto Pušynėlio g. Continue cycling straight for about 1 kilometer. Smėlynės Parkas will appear on your right at Pušynėlio g. 1. There are bike racks available near the park entrance.
