Car
From Vilnius city center, take the A4 road towards Trakai. After about 25 kilometers, you will see signs for Trakai. Follow the signs to Trakai town, and as you approach the town, turn right onto Trakai Road. Continue straight until you reach Lake Galvė, which is at the heart of Trakai. There is parking available near the lake.
Public Transportation
To reach Lake Galvė by public transport, head to the Vilnius Bus Station (Vilniaus Autobusų Stotis). Take a bus to Trakai; buses run frequently throughout the day and the journey takes around 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Trakai bus station, exit and walk towards the lake (about a 15-minute walk). Follow the main road, and you will see Lake Galvė ahead of you.
