If you are starting from the Cathedral Square (Katedros aikštė), walk towards the Vilnius Cathedral. From there, head down Maironio Street until you reach the intersection with Gedimino Avenue. Turn right onto Gedimino Avenue and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Lithuanian National Museum. The New Arsenal is located just behind the main building of the museum, at Arsenalo g. 1.

Take Tram Line 1 or 2 from the nearest tram stop to your location (check for nearby stops). Get off at the 'Stop 'Rūdninkų' (about 5-7 minutes ride). From the tram stop, walk west along Rūdninkų Street until you reach the intersection with Arsenalo Street. Turn left onto Arsenalo Street, and The New Arsenal will be in front of you at Arsenalo g. 1.
