Turn left onto Maironio g. and walk straight until you reach the entrance of the Old Arsenal located at Arsenalo g. 3. It should take about 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.

From the city center, you can take bus number 23 or 53 from the 'Vokiečių st.' stop. Ride for about 5 minutes and get off at the 'Arsenalo' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk a minute to the south on Arsenalo g., and you will reach The Old Arsenal at Arsenalo g. 3.
