If you're already in Užupis, the easiest way to reach the Užupis Water Nymph / Mermaid is by walking. Start at the Užupis Constitution wall, located near the intersection of Užupio g. and Paupio g. From there, head south on Užupio g. and continue straight for about 300 meters. You'll pass by several cafes and art shops along the way. The sculpture is located on the banks of the Vilnia River, just before the bridge leading to the Old Town. Look for the beautiful mermaid sculpture on the left side before you cross the bridge.

If you're further away in Vilnius and want to take public transport, you can catch a bus or trolleybus to the Užupis area. Look for routes that stop at the 'Užupis' bus stop. From the bus stop, it's about a 10-minute walk to the sculpture. Head northeast on Užupio g., and follow the walking directions mentioned above. Note that public transport tickets cost around €1, which you can purchase from kiosks or ticket machines.
