From the center of Atchafalaya Basin, head south on Louisiana Highway 1 (LA-1 S) towards the town of Jeanerette. Continue on LA-1 S for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with LA-329. Turn right onto LA-329 and follow the signs for Avery Island. Continue on LA-329 for about 7 miles until you arrive at the entrance to Jungle Gardens, located at Louisiana 329 & Main Rd, Avery Island, LA 70513. Parking is available on-site; there may be a small entrance fee.
