If you are driving to New Orleans Custom Tours at 365 Canal St #2740, start by heading towards downtown New Orleans. If you are coming from Lake Pontchartrain, take I-10 West. Continue on I-10 and take the exit for Claiborne Avenue. Turn right onto Claiborne Avenue and continue until you reach Canal Street. Turn left onto Canal Street, and you will see 365 Canal St on your left. Look for the building with a Canal Place sign, and the tour office is located on the 27th floor.

From there, walk east on Canal Street for about 5 minutes until you reach 365 Canal St. Look for the Canal Place building, and enter the lobby to take the elevator to the 27th floor.
