From there, take the Ouachita Transit bus (route 3) towards the downtown area. Get off at the 'Grove St @ 3rd St' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Grove Street until you reach the intersection with Lea Joyner Memorial Expy. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the Monroe Civic Center located at 401 Lea Joyner Memorial Expy.
