If you are starting from the Monroe Regional Airport, exit the airport and head south on US-165. Walk towards the bus stop on the right side of the road. From there, take the Ouachita Transit bus (route 3) towards the downtown area. Get off at the 'Grove St @ 3rd St' stop. From the bus stop, walk east on Grove Street until you reach the intersection with Lea Joyner Memorial Expy. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the Monroe Civic Center located at 401 Lea Joyner Memorial Expy.

If you are in downtown Monroe, locate the nearest Ouachita Transit bus stop. Take the bus on route 2 towards the Monroe Regional Airport.
