Walking
If you are starting from the French Quarter, walk west on Chartres Street until you reach Canal Street. Turn left onto Canal Street and continue walking until you see the entrance to Lafayette Square on your right. Enter the square, and you'll find the Three Presidents Oak located in the southern part of the park.

Public Transit - Streetcar
From the French Quarter, head to the nearest streetcar stop on Canal Street and catch the St. Charles Avenue streetcar (make sure it’s heading towards 'Uptown'). Stay on the streetcar for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop for Lafayette Square (you'll see the park on your left). Walk into the square, and the Three Presidents Oak will be situated in the southern section.

If you have a bike rental, start from the French Quarter and head towards Chartres Street. Follow Chartres as it turns into St. Peter Street, then take a left onto Decatur Street. Continue on Decatur until you reach Canal Street. Turn right on Canal Street and head towards Lafayette Square. Once you arrive at Lafayette Square, you can park your bike and walk to the Three Presidents Oak located in the southern part of the park.
