From Monroe, LA: Start on I-20 W and take exit 118 for LA-594 toward West Monroe/Natchitoches. Merge onto LA-594 and continue for approximately 10 miles. Turn right onto US-80 W and continue for about 35 miles. In the town of Tallulah, LA, take a left onto LA-608. Follow LA-608 for about 20 miles, and you will reach Winter Quarters State Historic Site located at 4929 LA-608, Newellton, LA 71357. Parking is available on site.
