Getting There

• Public Bus

  If you are starting from the Shreveport Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Spring Street. Catch the SporTran route 5 bus heading towards the Downtown area. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Texas Avenue and Cotton Street. From there, walk south on Cotton Street for about 2 blocks until you reach 725 Cotton Street, which is the Scottish Rite Temple.

  From the Shreveport Riverfront Park, head south on the riverwalk trail until you reach the intersection with Clyde Fant Parkway. Turn right onto Clyde Fant Parkway and continue until you reach Texas Avenue. Turn left onto Texas Avenue and ride for a few blocks until you reach Cotton Street. Turn right onto Cotton Street, and you will find the Scottish Rite Temple at 725 Cotton Street on your left.

• Walking

  If you are in the vicinity of the Shreveport Town Center, exit the center and head east on West 70th Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Line Avenue. Turn left on Line Avenue and walk north until you reach the intersection with Texas Avenue. Turn right on Texas Avenue, and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Cotton Street. Turn left onto Cotton Street, and the Scottish Rite Temple will be at 725 Cotton Street on your right.
