    From the center of Slidell, head towards Gause Blvd (US-190) and walk west. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the Slidell Transit Center. From there, take the bus route 88 towards New Orleans. The bus will take you directly to the French Quarter. Once you arrive at the French Quarter, disembark at the stop nearest to Decatur St. Walk south on Decatur St. until you reach Chartres St. Turn left onto Chartres St. and continue walking until you reach Royal St. Turn right onto Royal St. and Gallier House will be located at 1132 Royal St, just a short walk ahead on your left.

Once you arrive at the New Orleans bus terminal, exit and look for the RTA streetcar. Take the streetcar on the Riverfront line. Get off at the stop at Esplanade Ave. and walk down Esplanade Ave. towards the French Quarter. Continue straight until you reach Decatur St. and then turn left. Walk until you get to Chartres St., turn right, and finally, turn left onto Royal St. Gallier House will be located at 1132 Royal St. on your left.
