Walking
If you are starting from the Slidell Amtrak Station, head south on Robert Blvd towards E Howze Beach Rd. Continue straight until you reach the bus stop at the Shell Station. Take the Greyhound bus heading towards New Orleans. Once you arrive at the New Orleans Bus Station, exit and walk to the Canal Street ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry across the Mississippi River to Algiers Point. After disembarking, you can either walk or catch a local bus to the French Quarter. Once in the French Quarter, walk to Chartres St and head south until you reach 900 Chartres St. Harry's Corner will be on your right.
Public Transportation
From the Slidell Transit Center, take the Northshore Transit bus (Route 1) towards New Orleans. Get off at the Canal Street stop. From there, you can either walk or catch the streetcar (the historic streetcars run along St. Charles Avenue) towards the French Quarter. Get off at the French Market stop and walk east along Decatur St until you reach Chartres St. Turn left on Chartres and walk until you reach 900 Chartres St, where you will find Harry's Corner.
