Start from the center of Slidell and head west on Gause Blvd. Walk towards the I-10 overpass, then continue south until you reach the edge of New Orleans. Once there, walk towards the French Quarter. After arriving in the French Quarter, continue on Chartres Street for about 10-15 minutes until you reach The Cabildo at 701 Chartres St.
