Merge onto I-49 North and continue for about 50 miles. Take the exit for LA-1 North toward Baton Rouge. After approximately 20 miles, merge onto LA-965, which will lead you directly to the site. Look for signage indicating Audubon State Historic Site as you approach.

If you are coming from Baton Rouge, take I-110 North to I-10 West. Merge onto I-10 West and continue for about 30 miles. Take exit 151 for LA-1 North toward St. Francisville. Follow LA-1 North for about 22 miles, then turn left onto LA-965. The Audubon State Historic Site will be on your right after a few miles.
