Walking
If you are starting at the Echternach Tourist Information Centre, head south on Rue de la Gare towards Avenue de la Libération. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue de l’Eglise. Turn left onto Rue de l’Eglise. The Basilica of Saint Willibrord will be on your right after about 200 meters. Look for the distinctive architecture of the basilica as you approach.

From the Echternach bus station, take bus line 110 towards Luxembourg City. Get off at the 'Echternach, Rue de l’Eglise' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk back along Rue de l’Eglise towards the main square. The Basilica of Saint Willibrord will be just a short walk ahead on your right after about 250 meters.

If you are renting a bike, start from the Echternach cycle path along the Sûre river. Head towards the town center, following the signs for Echternach. Once you reach the town square, park your bike at one of the bike racks. From the square, it’s a short walk to the Basilica of Saint Willibrord, just 200 meters down Rue de l’Eglise on your right.
