Start at the main square of Grevenmacher, Place du Marché. Head southeast towards the Rue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach Rue de la Libération. Take bus number 110, which will take you directly to Echternach. Once you arrive in Echternach, walk towards the center of the town. The Basilica of Saint Willibrord is located at 'crypte, 6464 Echternach', just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
