Getting There

Car
If you are driving from central Anosy (Taolagnaro), head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards Route Nationale 13. Continue on Route Nationale 13 for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach the intersection near the coast. At the intersection, turn left onto the coastal road, and follow the signs towards Andranozafy. The reserve is located at XWGR+2CR, approximately 10 kilometers from the intersection. Be aware that the road may be unpaved and require careful navigation.

Public Transportation
To reach the ANDRANARA RESERVE by public transport, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from the main taxi-brousse station in Anosy, heading towards Andranozafy. Ensure you inform the driver of your desired stop at XWGR+2CR. The fare is typically around 2,000 to 5,000 Ariary (approximately $0.50 to $1.25) depending on the distance. The journey may take about 30-45 minutes. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the reserve.
