Once in Marokoky, look for signs directing you to Plage Lokaro, which is located about 5 kilometers from the town center. The final stretch is on a dirt road, so be prepared for some rough terrain. Parking is available near the beach.

To reach Plage Lokaro via public transportation, take a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from the main taxi-brousse station in Anosy to Marokoky. The ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours and costs around 10,000 MGA. Upon arrival in Marokoky, you can either walk the 5 kilometers to Plage Lokaro or hire a local taxi to take you there for about 15,000 MGA. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
