If you are driving from the main entrance of Isalo National Park, head southeast on Route Nationale 7 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the village of Ranohira. From there, take the road leading to the park's internal trails. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you see signs for Queen of Isalo. The exact coordinates are -22.628198, 45.338682. Make sure to have a local map or GPS as the roads can be confusing.

To reach Queen of Isalo using public transportation, start by taking a taxi-brousse (shared taxi) from the town of Ranohira to the entrance of Isalo National Park. The fare is usually around 1,000 to 3,000 Ariary. From the park entrance, you can either walk or hire a local guide or a driver to take you to Queen of Isalo, which is approximately a 10 km drive. Be aware that hiring a local driver may cost between 20,000 to 30,000 Ariary.
