Car
From Betsiboka, head south on the RN4 road towards Antananarivo for approximately 100 km until you reach the town of Moramanga. From Moramanga, take the RN2 road heading east towards Toamasina for about 60 km until you reach the junction towards Masoala National Park. Follow the signs for Masoala National Park, which will lead you to the park entrance. Note that the road conditions may vary, so ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

Public Transportation
Begin your journey in Betsiboka by taking a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) heading to Moramanga. The ride may take around 2-3 hours. Once in Moramanga, transfer to another taxi-brousse heading towards Toamasina. After about 1-2 hours, you will reach the junction for Masoala National Park. From there, you may need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a guide to take you the remaining distance to the park entrance. Be prepared for an additional cost for the local transport.

Boat
If you prefer a more adventurous route, consider taking a boat from Toamasina to the Masoala Peninsula. This option requires you to first travel to Toamasina by taxi-brousse from Betsiboka, as mentioned earlier. Once in Toamasina, you can hire a boat to take you directly to the park. This journey can take several hours and may incur additional costs for boat hire, so plan accordingly.
