Car
From the center of Betsiboka, head southeast on Route National 2 (RN2) towards Mahajanga. Continue on RN2 for about 45 kilometers until you reach the village of Savanes. Here, you will need to turn off the main road and follow the signs for Tsingy Rouge. The last 10 kilometers may be on a dirt road, so be cautious and drive slowly. Once you arrive at the parking area, it's a short walk to the entrance of Tsingy Rouge.
Public Transportation
Start by taking a taxi-brousse (shared minibus) from Betsiboka to Mahajanga. The fare is approximately 10,000 MGA (Malagasy Ariary) per person and the journey takes around 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Mahajanga, you will need to find another taxi-brousse heading towards Savanes. The fare for this leg is about 5,000 MGA and takes roughly 30 minutes. From Savanes, you can either walk the last 10 kilometers to Tsingy Rouge or hire a local guide or taxi for around 20,000 MGA to take you directly to the entrance.
