From the center of Bongolava, head northeast towards Route Nationale 1 (RN1). Follow RN1 for about 50 km until you reach the town of Antananarivo. Continue on RN1 for another 10 km until you see the signs for Réserve spéciale d’Ankarana. The entrance to the reserve is well-marked.
